Welcome to our booking system. It is easy to use and navigate, and enables you to view dates of availability quickly. To book, enter all required information. The Bookings Manager will review the booking; once accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, shortly followed by an invoice.
Please note that bookings require a 50% deposit to secure; the remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the event.

Welcome to North Kyme Village Hall
At the heart of our community, North Kyme Village Hall provides a welcoming, versatile and affordable venue for residents of North Kyme and the surrounding area.
The hall is perfect for a wide range of occasions, including children’s parties, wedding receptions, family celebrations, charity events, clubs, classes, community activities and meetings.
Hire our hall
Our hire charges are very competitive, and the hall can accommodate events for up to 120 people.
Facilities include:
- Step-free access and accessible toilets
- A well-equipped kitchen
- Cutlery and crockery for up to 120 people
- Fridge-freezer and microwave
- Hot-water urns and kettles
- Dishwasher
- Modern commercial-style cooker
- A fully stocked and staffed bar, subject to arrangement
The hall is licensed for entertainment and the sale of alcohol. Live music and other entertainment can be accommodated in accordance with the conditions and permitted hours of our licence.

Activities and community groups
North Kyme Village Hall is home to a wide range of friendly groups and activities throughout the year. New members are always welcome.
Regular activities include:
- Coffee Afternoon - 2nd Monday of the month
- Parents & Tots - Tuesday (term time)
- Jazzercise - Every Tuesday
- Little Beans Baby Classes - Every Wednesday
- Sewing - 2nd Thursday of the month
- Community Exercise with Refreshments Afterwards
- Spartans Taekwondo - Every Thursday
- Stitch in Kyme 3rd Friday of the month
We also hold regular community events, including craft fairs, bingo and social gatherings.

North Kyme Summer Fête
Every August, the hall hosts the North Kyme Summer Fête—a fantastic afternoon of fun for the whole community.
The fête includes stalls, live music, bouncy castles, carriage rides and vintage vehicles, along with a BBQ, bar, cakes, refreshments and an ice cream van.
Everyone from North Kyme and the surrounding area is warmly invited to come along and enjoy the day.
We are always pleased to hear from local groups, stallholders, performers and volunteers, as well as anyone else who would like to get involved.
